Digital Products

Physical Supplement Products
For safety and quality reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless there is a product defect, damage, wrong item received, or another verified order issue.
Unopened supplement products may be eligible for return or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the supplement product must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for supplement products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without approval, or submitted outside the eligible return window.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Print-on-Demand Products
Precious Surprise may offer print-on-demand products such as apparel, accessories, or gift items.
Print-on-demand products are made to order and are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to size selection, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Print-on-demand items may be eligible for replacement or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a verified production or printing error.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label when applicable.
Returns Must Be Approved First

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
